Terms of Service

Last updated: 15 September 2026

These terms explain the rules for using Builtsy and operating a store on the service.

1. Using Builtsy

You must be legally able to enter a contract and provide accurate account and business information. You are responsible for activity under your account and for protecting access to it.

Builtsy gives you tools to create and operate online stores. Features may depend on your plan, country, product type, and connected providers.

2. Your store and customers

  • You are responsible for your products, prices, descriptions, policies, taxes, fulfilment, customer support, and compliance with applicable law.

  • You must have the rights needed for content you upload and must not sell unlawful, unsafe, deceptive, or infringing goods or services.

  • You are the merchant of record unless a written agreement for a specific service says otherwise.

3. Plans, fees, and payment providers

Paid features, billing periods, taxes, and any trial terms are shown before purchase. Connected payment and fulfilment providers operate under their own agreements and may charge separate fees.

You authorize Builtsy and its payment providers to process charges you approve. Provider approval, settlement, disputes, refunds, and KYC remain subject to the provider's rules.

4. Availability and changes

We work to keep the service reliable and secure, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed. We may change features to improve the service, address security or legal requirements, or retire features with reasonable notice when practical.

5. Suspension and termination

You may stop using Builtsy at any time. We may restrict or suspend access when needed to protect customers or the service, respond to legal requirements, address unpaid fees, or investigate a material breach. Where practical, we will explain the reason and provide a way to resolve it.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Builtsy is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, third-party provider failures, or merchant content and conduct. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liabilities that cannot legally be limited.

7. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to any mandatory consumer or local rights that apply. Questions about these terms can be sent through the support channel shown in your Builtsy account.
